- 申込の有効期限
- 商品確保後連絡を致しますので、その後1週間以内に入金お願い致します。
1周間以内に入金が確認出来ない場合はキャンセル扱いに
させて頂く場合がございますのでご理解お願い致します。
お客様のご事情で入金に遅れなどが発生した際には、必ずご連絡下さい。

海外在住のお客様向け規定
（海外発送をご利用のお客様へ）
発効日：2026年3月3日
本規定は、日本国外に在住し、海外発送をご利用されるお客様に適用されます。
■ 注文締切について
最初のご購入日より60日以内に発送希望のご連絡をお願いいたします。
60日を経過した場合、当園の判断によりご注文を締め、輸出書類作成および出荷準備を開始いたします。
それ以降の追加注文は次回出荷分として別扱いとなります。
■ 書類準備期間
輸出書類・植物検疫証明書等の準備期間中は、保管料は発生いたしません。
■ 発送可能後の保管
書類が整い発送可能となった日から30日間は無料保管いたします。
30日を経過した場合、1株につき月額1,000円（税込）の保管料が発生いたします。
保管料は月単位で計算いたします。
請求書発行日より14日以内の前払いとし、未払いの場合は発送を行いません。
■ キャンセル規定
・90日以内のキャンセル
決済手数料を差し引いて返金いたします。
・90日を超え6ヶ月以内
販売価格の20％を差し引いて返金いたします。
・6ヶ月を超え1年以内
販売価格の30％を差し引いて返金いたします。
・1年を超える場合
原則返金不可といたします。
※為替差損、決済手数料、管理費用はお客様負担となります。
■ 出荷仕様について
海外発送は輸出基準に基づき、当園指定の方法で梱包・出荷いたします。
出荷形態の指定や特別加工（抜き苗・葉のカット等）は原則として行っておりません。
特別対応を行った場合でも、輸送中のダメージや到着後の状態について保証はいたしません。
【English Version】
Policy for Overseas Customers
(For International Shipping Orders Only)
Effective Date: March 3, 2026
This policy applies to customers residing outside Japan who request international shipment.
■ Order Closing
Customers must confirm their preferred shipping date within 60 days from the first purchase date.
If no confirmation is received within 60 days, we reserve the right to close the order and begin export documentation and shipping preparation.
Additional purchases will be treated as a separate shipment.
■ Document Preparation Period
No storage fee will be charged during preparation of export documents, including phytosanitary certificates.
■ Storage After Shipment Becomes Available
Once all documents are completed and shipment becomes ready, 30 days of free storage will be provided.
After 30 days, a storage fee of ¥1,000 per plant per month (tax included) will apply.
Storage fees are calculated monthly.
Payment must be made within 14 days of invoice issuance.
Shipment will not be released if payment is not received.
■ Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation within 90 days
Transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Cancellation after 90 days and within 6 months
20% of the purchase price will be deducted.
• Cancellation after 6 months and within 1 year
30% of the purchase price will be deducted.
• After 1 year
No refund will be issued.
Exchange rate differences, transaction fees, and maintenance costs are borne by the customer.
■ Shipping Specifications
International shipments will be packed and dispatched according to our export standards.
We do not normally accept requests for special modifications such as bare-root shipping or leaf trimming.
If exceptionally accepted, we do not guarantee plant condition during transport or after arrival.
